Production Process:
Wire Selection: The process begins with selecting strong, low-carbon steel wire, known for its excellent tensile strength and flexibility.
Welding: The wires are arranged in a grid-like pattern and welded together at each intersection using precise, automated welding machines. This welding process ensures a strong, consistent structure.
PVC Coating: After welding, the mesh undergoes a PVC coating process. The welded wire mesh is passed through a bath of molten PVC, where the coating adheres uniformly to the metal. The coating is then cured, forming a smooth, durable layer that fully encases the mesh, protecting it from the elements.
Inspection and Packaging: Once the coating process is complete, the mesh is inspected for quality, cut to the desired size, and rolled or packed in sheets for distribution.
