Production Process:

1. Wire Drawing: The process begins with drawing low-carbon steel wire to the required diameter.
2. Welding/Weaving: The drawn wires are welded or woven together to form the mesh with consistent and uniform openings.
3. Surface Treatment: The welded or woven mesh is thoroughly cleaned to remove any impurities, ensuring a smooth surface for coating.
4. PVC Coating: The mesh is passed through a PVC coating machine where the wire is evenly coated with a layer of PVC. This coating is applied through dipping or extrusion, ensuring complete coverage.
5. Cooling and Inspection: After coating, the mesh is cooled, and a quality inspection is conducted to ensure the coating is uniform and adheres properly.
6. Cutting and Packaging: Finally, the mesh is cut to size, rolled, and packaged for distribution.
